3) What I want to know about my book

There are a couple thing I would like to know about my book. First off, I would like to know why it got banned. Also I would like to know who it is in control of banning books. Lastly, I would like to know what the standards are that a book must reach to be banned. I'm more so curious about the process of banning books, but in specific I would like to know why this book was banned.

Censorship is the control of offensive words, images, or ideas. It controls what the public is able to access. Sometimes, the access points have an option as to weather you want it to be censored or not. Book knowledge

Initially,I  didn't know anything about this book, but I read a summary of it. I found out that the book is about a boy named Clyde Griffiths who worked as a bell boy. He began a relationship with a woman named Roberta Alden. Later in the book he end up murdering her.

Book choice reasoning

I wasn't here the day we listed the books to read, therefore mine was chosen for me. I did read a summary of the book to find out what it was about. It seems like an interesting book. If i were to pick a book though, i would probably have picked a book similar to this one.
